Build your confidence supporting clients who are exploring open relationships and consensual non-monogamy. Learn practical strategies for navigating differing desires, jealousy, fear, boundaries, and relationship agreements. Through clinical tools and case examples, you’ll develop skills to facilitate honest conversations, manage challenging emotions, and support clients through relationship transitions with curiosity, compassion, and a nonjudgmental approach.

You will learn how to handle of the concerns that show up in therapy:

  • What to do when one partner may be reluctant

  • Crafting and revisiting agreements

  • Talking about distress tolerance for difficult feelings that may arise ie jealousy or feelings of loss

  • Stepping outside of relationship agreements

To name a few.

This training is 1.5 hours of didactic (somewhat interactive) and a ½ hour of Q &A
